How do I put my open cell wetsuit on?

Because the open cell rubber sticks to your skin lubrication is required to don the suit. This usually is a mixture of water with a little shampoo/body-wash.

What foot pocket size am I?

The thickness of booties you intend to wear should be considered when making a selection.

How do I use my Welcome 10 coupon?

If you are a new customer with Ocean Hunter, you are entitled to use your Welcome10 coupon once. You need to apply the Welcome10 in the “Coupon Code” area at check-out.  Please note that your Welcome10 MUST be for online purchases $50 and over and can only be used once.  Also note, this can be used on any purchase, not necessarily the first online order you place with Ocean Hunter, as long as you meet the above criteria. Multiple accounts and abuse of the welcome10 code. Our system will pick up any double-up accounts address and names. If a client uses multiple accounts the welcome10 discount will be declined and the full cost of the goods will be applied.

How do I know when my order is dispatched?

Please refer to the Delivery. As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking details, so you can track at any stage.
 

I haven’t yet received my order, what can I do?

Please refer to the Delivery, you may need to contact the courier company with your tracking details. If there are any issues, please contact us on 09 377 0896.  

 

Can my order be canceled by Ocean Hunter Ltd?

Ocean Hunter reserves the right to cancel any transaction at any time for any reason. If your transaction has been canceled a refund will be offered and paid within 7 to 14 business days.


My gear has been delivered damaged, what do I do?

I have purchased before but can’t log in to my account, what should I do?

If you are having trouble logging in or have forgotten your password, please select the ‘forgot password’ option. This will allow you to re-set your password. If you are unable to remember the email address you used, please contact us and we will be able to find your account using your name.

How do I use my Loyalty Points towards a purchase?

Can I purchase gift vouchers online?

Yes, you can purchase online gift vouchers.

Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.  Only one voucher can be used at a time.
