TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. The competition runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026. The winner will receive an Ocean Hunter prize pack valued at $2,250.
2. To qualify for entry, customers must spend $100 or more in a single qualifying transaction during the competition period.
3. Entrants will receive one entry for every $100 spent in that qualifying transaction. The more you spend, the more entries you will receive.
For example: Spend $100–$199.99 = 1 entry.
Spend $200–$299.99 = 2 entries. Spend $300–$399.99 = 3 entries
4. Employees, directors and immediate family members of employees or directors of Ocean Hunter NZ Ltd are not eligible to enter the competition.
5. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Ocean Hunter NZ Ltd may substitute an item within the prize pack where reasonably necessary with an item of equal or greater value.
6. The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received during the competition period.
7. The prize draw will take place on 7 October 2026.
8. The winner will be contacted using the phone number or contact details supplied with their entry or associated with their online order.
9. Unclaimed Prize: Ocean Hunter NZ Ltd will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the prize draw, Ocean Hunter NZ Ltd reserves the right to redraw the prize and select another eligible winner.
10. All in-store entries must be completed on an official Ocean Hunter competition entry form at the time of purchase.
11. Online purchases must be made through oceanhunter.co.nz.
Eligible online orders will be entered automatically, provided the order has been successfully completed and classified as paid.
12. Online entries close at 11:59pm on 30 September 2026. Orders that have not been successfully paid by the closing time will not qualify for entry.
13. Except for any rights that cannot legally be excluded, Ocean Hunter NZ Ltd is not responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from the misuse of any prize.
14. Any applicable manufacturer’s warranties relating to products included in the prize pack will continue to apply.
15. Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used for administering the competition, validating entries, contacting the winner and awarding the prize.Personal information will be handled in accordance with Ocean Hunter NZ Ltd’s Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law.
16. All decisions made by Ocean Hunter NZ Ltd in relation to the administration of the competition and selection of an eligible winner are final, subject to applicable New Zealand law.
