Testimonials

I have done quite a lot of intensive operational and field training during my 7 year career as a flight doctor and as a United States Army forward deployed emergency physician and I can say confidently that your Intermediate Breath Hold course meets or exceeds the standards of the very best military training now available. I found your course to be both rigorous and challenging, while at the same time maintaining a very supportive and encouraging environment. The professionalism and attention to safety demonstrated by you and your entire staff from Ocean Hunter really inspired and encouraged all of us students. As you know I have extensively reviewed the world medical literature on the sport of free diving and can say with confidence that if practiced in the method that you teach, not only is it quite safe, but can also provide significant benefits of improved health and general athletic capacity.

Plus it's just a lot of fun! I really enjoyed the camaraderie and teamwork that you promoted amongst the students as we tackled some of the challenges together. It was nothing short of amazing to me the huge improvements in performance that I was able to make in just three days of training with your method. Now I pretty well live to dive every chance I get! You have provided me with a valuable and unique skill, some awesome new friends, and a whole new way of experiencing the ocean.

Thank you and keep up the great work!

All the boys at Westpac Rescue have attended many a course over the years both nationally and internationally, and I can definitely say, that if someone asked me if I knew of a professionally run course that would push them mentally, with enormous rewards as far as achieving a worthwhile outcome, yours would be my first recommendation.

The guys that couldn't make it are jealous and already we are talking about trying to keep up with the disciplines you taught us, by repeating the course again sometime.

Please thank Fran for us, her professional and well informed manner in which she conducted the course demonstrated her wealth of experience in this field which was very comforting when she was asking us to do some of the things we did.

Once again thank you for inviting us to participate in the No Bubbles Free Diving course and we are all sure that it is going to be of a huge benefit to us in our job.

Herby Barnes Crew Chief/Q.A.Manager Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust

On behalf of the Operational Dive Team (ODT)I would like to thank you for the breath hold course you conducted recently for all the members of the ODT.All the boys that attended were blown away with the amount of skills they managed to attain in such a short period. This can definitely be put down to the high level and professional instruction and well structured lessons you offered during the course. The course was both mentally and physically challenging with the ODT members all exceeding their initial expectations of individual performance by the end of our day with you.

All ODT members that attended this course would not hesitate to recommend the course to not only divers but sportsmen alike due to the strong mental components and increased lung volume potential attained on the course.

The ODT already plans to do another course at the end of the year for all those who could not partake and for those that wish to hone their skills further. Once again, A big thanks to Mike and the team.
