Want to return your purchase
You may return any item for a refund or exchange, within 5 days of receiving the shipment and return the item within 7 days. The item(s) must be unused and in resalable condition, as determined by Ocean Hunter Ltd (this does not include items that have been washed). Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return.When a refund is given rather than a store credit the freight cost will not be refunded.
Items should be packaged in a manner that protects the item(s). We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.
If you want to exchange the item(s) because it does not fit or our product has not met your expectations, you will incur the cost of sending the item back to Ocean Hunter. We will happily cover the cost of sending your exchanged item back to you. If the new item(s) is grater in value than your original order payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Bank Deposit.
