History

Looking back on why we started to where we are now is exactly why we wanted to be in the market, great opportunities, great people.. and yes sometimes we get to go spearing.

Spearfishing as a sport in New Zealand needed more. Greater education, and a willingness to share knowledge and technique's.

Some 4 years later, we have established the place to come and enjoy the sport we all share. With careful research into getting great gear we are proud to say we have the best products on the market. I think from last count we have sold over 3500 spearguns, selective fishing at it's prime!

Apart from the equipment, education was another priority. With the help of Fran from No Bubbles we have New Zealand's only Breath holding course with a long history of getting results..a course which has been tested and adapted over the past 8 years..

So here we are today, great resources, great people and a business that is now distributing it's high end products and courses nationwide....sounds like a dream, not really,  but a lot of hard work by close friends and amazing staff.

After hours of trying to load the new website, thinking about the history for me was pretty humbling and incredibly rewarding.

A huge thanks to all that have helped us on our journey so far.
