Moray has been a trusted brand of wetsuit for generations, and now the next generation of Moray is here. The new generation of suits offer everything that is synonymous with such a prestigious well-known brand and much more.
Moray has released two new spearfishing wetsuits to the market, the ‘Revolution series’ and the ‘Commando series’. They have been manufactured using only the best Japanese rubber, combined with new extra hard wearing features. These suits are a first in the dive industry. Both model of suits are of high quality and anatomically cut for the best possible fit.
Introducing the Moray revolution spearfishing wetsuit - Designed around the rigors of commercial diving, this high grade suit is hard wearing and uses the latest super stretch outer material for superior fit and comfort. The ‘revolution’ suit comes in Black and Camouflage.
The ’Revolution’ long john pants have reinforced Kevlar thigh pads and the rear of the long john pant have a tough- tex seat. Morays legendary commercial grade armoured knee plates are perfect for those tough shore dives or in close rock work required when commercial diving or hunting. Great protection against unnecessary cuts and kina spikes.
A knife or torch pouch is fitted on both arm and leg, with all seams latex sealed for durability. All long johns are fitted with C shaped ankle seals for superior comfort, fit and warmth.
The Revolution jacket has been reshaped with comfort in mind, the back and shoulders have been shaped so they allow for free movement in the shoulder and arms. The hood and face shape are styled from experience, allowing you to feel more comfortable in the water for longer.
An extra knife or torch pouch on the arm allows for easy-access. The ’Revolution’ jacket also has bonus Kevlar forearms and latex seem seals for harder wearing and durability. The beaver tail and seat of the jacket are reinforced with tough-tex for added protection when rock hoping. The jacket also uses the C shaped wrist seals promoting more comfort and less water penetration for warmth.
The Moray Revolution is of the highest standard, no other suit comes close.
I bought the 5mm Moray Revolution camo wetsuit about a year and a half ago, and got the scupper put in. I've now put well over 600 hours on it diving for Kina and Paua commercially - plus all the spearfishing and it's still showing no signs of giving up (still smells good too). It seems to fit a variety of body shapes (all the boys on our boat have one) and is comfy and warm. Coupled with the kevlar booties and gloves, I don't think I'll ever use a different suit - especially for work. It has well exceeded my expectations.
