Ocean Hunter Christchurch is a family-run business that's been supplying the South Island with diving equipment and know-how since 2017.

Not only is Ian, or Barx, the sales representative of Ocean Hunter in Christchurch, he is also very active in the spearfishing community on the South Island. He is the president of a spearfishing and freediving club, spearo pool training organiser, competitive spearfisherman, freediving instructor, commercial kina and paua diver, and certified SRL skipper.

Charlie studies Masters in Biology at the University of Canterbury. A keen spearo and hunter, he especially enjoys catching crays.

Lori is currently studying speech and language therapy at the University of Canterbury. She's also an avid spearo and helps with pool training. Lori is a regular at South Island spearo comps.
