Hi, You're receiving this email because {name} thinks the Ruku Underwater Sport Blades would interest you. Ruku Blades have developed a top performing underwater sport blade for underwater sports including Underwater Hockey, Rugby and Freedive/Pool training.

The blades are built to CMAS Underwater Hockey Specifications with soft edges and a vinyl protective coating. The blades have been rigorously tested in New Zealand by a number of players who play underwater Rugby and Underwater Hockey at a national level.

The Ruku Underwater Sport Blade has been designed to give performance on the surface as well as underwater. The 22 degree angle in the blade gives better surface sprint power as your blades are at the correct angle for surface sprinting which cuts down on surface slapping commonly seen with flat blades.

The Ruku Underwater Sport Blade is a layered blade (blade gets thinner to the tip of the blade) which gives you more flexible blade for underwater sprinting.

Stiffness Guide
Soft - would be suitable for a diver under 70kgs in body weight
Medium - would be suitable for a diver +70 to 90kgs in body weight
Hard  - 90kg+ in body weight, Designed for the top players who demand a stiff blade for performance 
Extra Hard -  For the bigger, stronger player

This is a guide only as a players strength and experience would need to be discussed if you are unsure.

Custom Options
If you have team colours or a custom idea you would like on your blades this can happen. All we need is to discuss your ideas. There's is really no limits to your design. To discuss your design email team@oceanhunter.co.nz subject "Custom Ruku"

Team Purchasing
For orders above 5 pairs you will receive a 10% discount on the total order. The discount would exclude any custom art work if required.

NZ REP Blade
Ruku has designed a Custom pattern that will only be sold to NZ UWH team members. If you would like this you need to supply us with confirmation you are in the NZ UWH Team.

Delivery
We aim to deliver within New Zealand withing 5 days working days unless specified at he time of your order.

International Delivery
For international Delivery this may take up to 2-10 days depending on your location. Your parcel with be sent tracked and a signature is required. Please select your zone/location at checkout and the price will be adjusted in NZD and sent tax free.

We cover shipping in your purchase price, which includes limited insurance. Duties and taxes are payable by the receiver/purchaser.

Fitting of blades to your pockets
We will glue your blades into the pockets so they are ready to be used on delivery. They will be fitted to CMAS rules with "no" screws

Pockets
The Ruku Underwater Sport blade has been designed so they will fit into a variety of Pockets. Beuchat and Mares are a great fit. But the blades are only installed in Beuchat.

Warranty
As the Ruku Underwater sport blade is a new product we will most likely ask you a heap of questions as we want to insure the product is performing to a high standard. Ruku takes into account warranty claims due to manufacturing defects of the blades within 12 months from the purchase. Ruku reserves the right to evaluate case by case, don’t feel upset if you are not refunded due to improper use. We do want a fair and agreeable outcome for both parties.

The 12 month warranty offered by Ruku covers the blades only. Blade edging (Rubber) due to use is not covered. The pockets do have a 6 month warranty covering manufacturing faults, however all pocket warranties will be at the discretion of the manufacturer which we will negotiate on your behalf. If you have worn out your rubber ends we will happy replace at no charge as long as you return them to us and pay for the freight back if required.

In the event of a warranty, each warranty will be treated separately and on a case by case claim. Some products might have to be returned to base at your cost or photos might be enough to have a claim accepted but this will be at the discretion of Ruku. Warranties are void if you modify the blades in anyway.

Due to each fin being customised to your own size, colour and blade strength we can not accept any returns.
